Shipping policy.

Current launch markets, shipping rates, and delivery estimates, with unresolved operational details stated separately.

Document status

Shipping rates and launch markets are confirmed through the current Shopify configuration. Checkout remains the final source for address-specific availability and totals.

Rates and methods

For United States orders, Standard Shipping is $4.90 USD and Express Shipping is $15.00 USD. Standard Shipping is free on orders of $50 USD and over.

For United Kingdom orders, Standard International Shipping is $29.90 USD and is free on orders of $199 USD and over. These rates are configured in USD; eligible customers see British Pound pricing using Shopify’s dynamic currency conversion.

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are confirmed through Shopify checkout after a delivery address is entered. The options shown there are the current source for a specific address and cart.

Inventory and processing

Product availability in the storefront comes from Shopify inventory. Inventory is currently managed in Shopify; planned external WMS/SMS synchronization is not active.

Orders are normally prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping transit time shown for an available shipping method. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Owner/legal review required: Inventory exceptions, preorder or backorder rules, and shipment-confirmation ownership must still be finalized.

Delivery coverage

NELY8 currently ships only to the United States and United Kingdom. Shipping to Canada or other countries is not advertised for the initial launch.

For United States orders, Shopify currently shows an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1–2 business days for Express Shipping. These transit estimates begin after processing and do not guarantee a delivery date.

For United Kingdom orders, the delivery estimate presented by Shopify at checkout for an eligible address is the current source. NELY8 does not publish a separate UK delivery-time promise or guarantee a delivery date.

Changes and order issues

Rules for address changes, delivery exceptions, lost or stolen packages, failed delivery, and carrier claims have not yet been finalized. Use the Contact page or email info@nely8usa.com for Customer Care.
